    1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

    2. Initiation of Returns:

    • Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

    3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

    4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
